Paradigm Shift IT Consulting was first established in 1999 out of Sydney, Australia to provide IT support and services within the Australian and Pacific region. Through the firm’s successes and rapid growth, Paradigm Shift expanded operations to cover the full Asia-Pacific region, from Japan, Greater China to the Middle East.
The firm’s focus remains in providing IT solutions specifically suited to the wellness & leisure industry.
The management team at Paradigm Shift has substantial experience being in customers shoes, and then some in consulting, implementing and supporting leisure management solutions around the world. The systems they have implemented range from modest facilities in emerging markets like Vietnam, to highly recognized blue chip customers across the Asia Pacific region.

Paradigm Shift’s solutions are truly global in design, yet fulfill local requirements with technical development and support teams based in Asia. From initial design, all of our solutions are multinational and multi-lingual, allowing for both single-byte western and double-byte Asian languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, etc). More importantly, our solutions inherently support tax structures and tax codes in different countries of the world, including complex requirements in certain parts of Asia.
